AMAZON BAN TIKTOK FROM EMPLOYEES PHONE THEN UN BANS

Amazon has said an email sent to employees asking them to remove TikTok from any mobile device that can access their company email was sent in error

Roughly five hours after an internal email went out Friday to Amazon employees telling them to delete the popular video app TikTok from their phones, the online retailing giant appeared to backtrack, calling the ban a mistake.

Amazon is the second-largest US private employer after Walmart, with with more than 8,40,000 employees worldwide, and moving against TikTok would have escalated pressure on the app.
